Full House At New Anxiety Workshop

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]May saw the first of our ‘Managing Anxiety Workshops’ take place where service users attended a group session to understand and learn techniques to help them manage anxiety. Our session was fully booked with twelve people attendance.

Sarah Guy Head of counselling services said  “Anxiety can be very distressing for anybody that experiences it.  Like depression it presents in many different ways and impacts on people differently. It is not a one size fits all. Groups workshops on topics like anxiety enable our clients to share experiences and see they are not alone, which in itself can be a relief and  great help. To support someone through anxiety in a group setting and to be able to teach some valuable techniques to support  their anxiety outside of HHHO is a priviledge”.

For more information on upcoming group workshops please email enquiries@hhho.org.uk or contact 0121 783 5407[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”11309″ img_size=”1200×1200″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
