Following lots of group discussions in our social groups, it become apparent everyone wanted to focus on nutritious lunches whilst also coming to a safe space where they can escape the four walls.
Today was a special day as our Inaugral lunch club saw over 20 service users attend for a healthy lunch served by Mo. Mo served up a lovely chicken casserole for all with bread rolls.
In addition to a natter over a free lunch, our service users got the benefit of HHHO heating and lighting and Mo’s worksheets on self care, drinking more water, relaxation techniques and more!
Next month the lovely Kirk will be cooking up a dish and running the session.
