Volunteer Awards 2019

Our volunteers are very special to us and we would not be able to do what we do, without their dedicated help and support. As a thankyou to honour and show them how much they mean to us we held an appreciation dinner at Hogarth’s Hotel on Monday 11th November to celebrate all of their achievements over the last year.

Harry’s story to be aired on ITV Love Your Garden

It is with great pleasure we can reveal that Georgie will be telling Harry's remarkable story on ITV's Love your Garden. The programme which is due to be aired on Tuesday 12th November at 2pm has been filming Georgie throughout the summer prior to making over both the Drop in Cancer Centre garden and Harry's home in Sheldon.

HHHO to hold volunteer appreciation dinner

Thanks to support from our friends at Hogarth's Hotel, November 11th HHHO will be holding an informal appreciation dinner to recognise the dedication and commitment of ongoing volunteers that help support the service delivery of HHHO and all the services it offers.

HHHO shortlisted for Solihull Chamber Charity of the year award

HHHO are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Solihull Chamber 'Charity of the year award'. Harry's mom Georgie will attend the dinner as a guest of the chamber which will be held at The Forest of Arden Hotel on Thursday 14th October 2019.

HRH the Duke of York flies in to see Harry’s Drop in Cancer Centre

Harry first met HRH the Duke of York in 2010 when he visited Buckingham Palace as the winner of The News of the World 'Children's Champions Award'. When Harry met Prince Andrew he presented him with a Harry bracelet.

Harry’s ball enables HHHO to go through its £1 millionth of giving

March saw HHHO put on its 7th annual charity ball. The event is organised to celebrate with its wonderful supporters the impact the charity has had thanks to everyone's support for the previous year.

Harry’s patron Ben Shephard officialy opens the new cancer centre on what would be Harry’s 18th birthday

February 22nd would have been Harry's 18th Birthday. Whilst this is a significant day for Harry's mom, brother and sister they decided there would be no more of a fitting day to open the new centre in Harry's memory.

HHHO survives land regeneration and relocates cancer centre

After a stressful twelve months of uncertainty, HHHO moves its drop in Cancer centre to its new premises opposite the Mackadown Shops in Midland Croft B33.

HHHO gives grant to hope physiological services to enable on site full time youth counsellor

Due to the ever increasing demand on our counselling services. HHHO were delighted to grant £30,000 to its supporting partners Hope Psychological services who the charity has worked with since opening the cancer centre in 2015.
