MenMatter group sessions

Mens Matters is a group run specifically for men with Cancer, either currently with cancer or recovering. The group meets every Tuesday at the Help Harry Help Others cancer centre.

Led by men for men with cancer, the group is all about offering an opportunity for men with cancer to speak to and listen to men who have been or are going through the same experience.  Whether it’s talking about their cancer experience or simply switching off for a couple of hours, the Mens Matters group is one of the most valuable group sessions on offer here at the cancer centre. Often they can share their experiences if they wish to talk about the impact, but often just fun and laughter and being around chaps that have similar experiences can be therapy in itself.
