[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Earlier this year we had the wonderful news that we are Connect National Distribution Centres chosen charity for the year.
Following a tour of the centre, they confirm that as well as the fundraising, they wanted to also help us with jobs around the centre.
With that in mind, Georgie signed them up to help start painting our centre. However, the only issue was that this needed to happen on a weekend as Georgie was not prepared to close the centre to service users.
This was not a problem for the team as fifteen of them, not all midlands based arrived to grab a roller and a paint brush to freshen up the tired looking centre.
The team worked tirelessly and helped Georgie paint the very long hallway, entrance and also the kitchen area. These are the most busiest areas for traffic which was obvious judging by the marks on the walls.
Thanks to the team, these rooms and areas are now fresh and clean for our incredible service users that reach out for our support.
