Facilitated by Family action the six week course will includes different activites each week including goal setting and action planning, planning your personal budgets, bossting problem solving.
The group led session help people to build confidence, grow social networks, develop financial skills and help those wishing to get back into work, eduction or Volunteering.
HHHO are delighted to be able to offer such Free life Skills sessions at HHHO. Those affected by cancer that finish treatment or caring for a loved one, often feel isolated, alone and need to step by step increase their confidence, IT skills and also find a sense of normality.
